This system is intended exclusively for the academic and administrative operations of the institution. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with school policies.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter into the system. The institution shall not be held liable for errors arising from incorrect data submissions.
All software, interfaces, and content within this ERP system are the intellectual property of Inocrypt Software Solutions PVT LTD. No part of this system may be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without written consent.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, the system may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused during such periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inocrypt Software Solutions PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the system after such changes constitutes acceptance.
