1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into and using this system, all users (school administrators, teachers, students, and parents) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts & Access

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users must not share passwords or allow unauthorized access to their accounts.
• The school administration reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for any violation.
• Multi-factor authentication may be enforced at the discretion of the school.

3. Permitted Use

This system is intended exclusively for the academic and administrative operations of the institution. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with school policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Tampering with, modifying, or deleting records without authorization
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Using the system to harass, threaten, or defame any individual
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the system

5. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter into the system. The institution shall not be held liable for errors arising from incorrect data submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, and content within this ERP system are the intellectual property of Inocrypt Software Solutions PVT LTD. No part of this system may be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without written consent.

7. System Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, the system may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused during such periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inocrypt Software Solutions PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the system after such changes constitutes acceptance.
